What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out is until 10:00. For special requirements, please contact us in advance.
Is the villa accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, Villa Zambonina has accessible spaces and rooms for people with reduced mobility. Please inform us of any specific needs when making your reservation.
Is it possible to visit the villa before booking an event?
Of course! We are happy to welcome you for a guided tour of the villa and its spaces. Contact us to make an appointment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by bank transfer and credit cards. For customised events and stays, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, small pets are welcome, subject to prior notification at the time of booking. We ask you to respect the common areas.
Is it possible to organise a transfer service from airports or stations?
