{"id":1067,"date":"2025-04-26T15:26:09","date_gmt":"2025-04-26T13:26:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.zambonina.it\/?p=1067"},"modified":"2025-04-26T15:27:28","modified_gmt":"2025-04-26T13:27:28","slug":"safeguarding-the-italian-garden-innovative-defence-techniques","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.zambonina.it\/en\/pnrr\/la-salvaguardia-del-giardino-allitaliana-innovative-tecniche-di-difesa\/","title":{"rendered":"Preserving the Italian garden, innovative defence techniques"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"\" data-start=\"161\" data-end=\"387\">Wednesday <strong data-start=\"171\" data-end=\"189\">14 May 2025<\/strong>Villa Zambonina will host a special event dedicated to the <strong data-start=\"249\" data-end=\"291\">preservation of the Italian garden<\/strong>with a focus on the most <strong data-start=\"313\" data-end=\"346\">innovative defence techniques<\/strong> applied to the historical green heritage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"389\" data-end=\"661\">In the splendid setting of our villa, in <strong data-start=\"435\" data-end=\"455\">Vigasio (Verona)<\/strong>, we will welcome guests and industry professionals for a day of discussion and insight, in collaboration with the<strong data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"615\">University of Padua<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"658\">Innovative Regional Network INNOSAP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"687\">Event programme<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"1756\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"919\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"919\"><strong data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"716\">15.00 - Welcome<\/strong><br data-start=\"716\" data-end=\"719\" \/>Opening the proceedings will be <strong data-start=\"745\" data-end=\"763\">Marina Cicogna<\/strong>owner of MCicogna Sas and owner of Villa Zambonina, who will welcome guests by introducing the historical and cultural value of the villa's gardens.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"1414\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"1014\"><strong data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"956\">3.10 p.m. - Start of work<\/strong><br data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"959\" \/>This will be followed by speeches from two distinguished speakers:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1414\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1226\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1019\" data-end=\"1226\"><strong data-start=\"1019\" data-end=\"1040\">Prof. Paolo Sambo<\/strong>, Professor of Horticulture and Floriculture at the DAFNAE Department of the University of Padua, who will illustrate the collaborations with the Innovative Regional Network INNOSAP.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1414\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1414\"><strong data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1256\">Prof. Giampaolo Zanin<\/strong>, Associate Professor at the DAFNAE Department, who will present new strategies and technologies for the <strong data-start=\"1361\" data-end=\"1411\">protection and conservation of historic gardens<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1416\" data-end=\"1756\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1418\" data-end=\"1756\"><strong data-start=\"1418\" data-end=\"1462\">17.30 - Conclusions and guided tour<\/strong><br data-start=\"1462\" data-end=\"1465\" \/>At the end of the speeches, a <strong data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1551\">short guided tour of Villa Zambonina<\/strong>which has recently undergone major restoration and enhancement works. It will be an opportunity to admire the results of the interventions aimed at preserving the authenticity and beauty of this unique place.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"1818\">Why an event on the preservation of historic gardens?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1820\" data-end=\"2125\">Italian gardens are not only living works of art, but also historical testimonies to be protected and enhanced.
